We are participating in Sweetie Pie's Ambassador for the summer and after I had so much success with their lactation smoothies, I decided to try their toddler snacks this time. We recieved 6 boxes, 2 Apple, 2 Sweet Beet and 2 Carrot.

The wafers are about the size of a quarter, maybe a little bigger, so when Kylar tried them, I tore each wafer into three or four pieces, just to make sure he wouldn't choke on them. These treats are recommended for toddlers, not babies, but I'm a rebel and I was right there with him the whole time. The apple wafers contain honey and babies under a year aren't supposed to eat hone (although I don't know why, I just know his doctor said no and I trust her) so he got the carrot wafers. If you can't tell from the picture of him stuffing his face, he really liked them.
Connor chose to go with the apple wafers, because yum. The first time he tried them, I think the texture threw him and he didn't seem to like them. The second time, Kylar was going to town on his and Connor wanted some too. Since then, they have been his preferred snack. The caption under his picture says it all; he loves them.
I'm one of those moms that likes to taste everything her kids eat. I look at it like this: If I'm not willing to try it, I can't honestly expect them too. Personally, I love the apple ones. The carrot wafers are fine, but the apple ones are delicious. The honey gives them a little extra sweetness and they are just delightful. A couple of the wafers had a very slight burnt aftertaste, but since it was only a couple, I think that was just accidental over-cooking by a minute or less.
What we love:
Overall, these snacks are delicious and healthy so I can happily give them to my boys, guilt-free!
