As per usual, you'll need to do 15 reps of each move and 3 sets of the circuit. Special note for today: You're going to need an elevated surface. I'm using a step stool, but you can use one of the steps on your staircase, a chair, the couch, whatever you like. Just make sure it's stable and feel free to hold on to the wall to help keep your balance if you need.
