Upper Body

My arms and chest are crazy sore. I guess that means it's working; I haven't felt this sore in awhile so I'm definitely stepping it up. Try it out and let me know what you think! Are you sore? Did you get through all three sets without stopping? I know I didn't!

I've been using 10 pound weights, but on some moves, I should probably drop down to 8s, I'm just stubborn. I changed a few of the moves from the original Tone It Up routine simply because my core isn't strong enough yet and I want to build on it without causing any damage by trying to do too much too soon.
Also, make sure to check with your medical professional before starting a new workout routine, to make sure that this is a safe and healthy move for you.

15 reps of each move, 3 sets of the circuit.
Around the Worlds (Arnold Press)
Bridge Fly (Bridge Chest Fly)
Kneeling Overhead Tricep Extension*
V-Sit Twist** (16 reps. I like balance)
Toe Touch R
Toe Touch L

*Originally Overhead Tricep Extensions without the kneeling, but it added to my core strengthening by forcing me to engage my abs to keep my balance better.
**Originally V-Sit Curls, but I'm not there yet
