I know I've said this a few times in the last few weeks, but I have been seriously slacking and off track with my fitness. I've been debating all the options for in-home fitness that's 100% free and I've tried a few off and on throughout the month of October, but nothing really stuck. So...here's the plan!
I am going back to my basics. 3 years ago I found Bikini Body Mommy while researching good, in-home, free, beginner workout routines. I love Briana. I started her 4.0 challenge back then, but never completed it because, to be honest, I was too lazy and unmotivated. I'm ready to fix that now.
After successfully completing 5.0 and 6.0, I feel really confident in my abilities and I want to get back to that level of fitness. Ideally, I'd love to push past that and get even stronger. I know I can if I just put in the effort to make it happen! I've decided to do the BBM Extreme 6 week challenge, since I will be finishing it right around the time that 7.0 will be starting. It should be a pretty smooth transition for me.
In an effort to keep myself honest and on the ball, I will be regularly updating y'all on my fit tests, weight loss (or gain) and measurements over the course of the challenge.
I've gained back a lot of what I lost during 6.0, which is a little discouraging, but I also haven't regularly worked out in months. It's time to change all of that! It's time to get my ass back in gear so I can keep up with my crazy boys.
