Just like last week, you'll need your HIIT interval timer to be set for 20 seconds on with 10 seconds of rest for 8 moves, and 2 rounds of the circuit for the cardio. Also like last week, you'll need to set the timer for 50 seconds on with 10 seconds of rest for the ab routine. Time to get to work!
