I always have mixed feelings about upper body days. I feel like my arms are rather weak, but then I'll workout and feel like I could've easily done more. Maybe my previous routines weren't hard enough, or maybe I didn't push myself like I should have. That was not the case today.

15 minutes of cardio paired with 5 (yes, only 5!) minutes of abs. You'll sweat and you might feel sore, but it's worth it. Turn on an episode of Friends (or whatever floats your boat) on Netflix and let's get it done!

I opted to do all of these with 8 to 10 pound weights, but you can use more or less, or even none. Do what works best for you. Push yourself, but don't over-extend yourself or you'll just end up getting hurt and no one wants that!

Yesterday I was trying to determine what sort of routine I should do. My legs were still a bit sore from those damn plie squats and my chest and arms were still feeling their workout. I didn't think I could get the best results by working those areas yet. What did that leave me with? You guessed it! Abs and Cardio!!
My arms and chest are crazy sore. I guess that means it's working; I haven't felt this sore in awhile so I'm definitely stepping it up. Try it out and let me know what you think! Are you sore? Did you get through all three sets without stopping? I know I didn't!
Since finishing BBM 6.0, I've had a hard time committing to a new workout routine. I try something new for a week or two, then I get bored or restless or I don't feel challenged enough. So today, I tried something very new and I feel slimy, sweaty, and AH-mazing!
