I bake when I'm anxious, stressed, in a crappy mood, in a good mood, or just in a baking mood. I enjoy baking, but I try to reign that shit in because I tend to eat all of whatever I baked and that's counterproductive to my fitness and healthy lifestyle journey.
I had intended to post this recipe last week, but with all of our sickness, I didn't get anything done that I had planned to do. That's what a stomach virus does to a family. It wrecks everything! So, here it is, a week late, but still delicious.

These are an adaptation from some recipe I found on Pinterest years ago, and I have to say that not only are the absolutely yummy, they really do boost my supply whenever I eat them.
