Day 60 is here, meaning I'm two thirds of the way through this challenge. I have one month left to reach my goals I set forward for this particular challenge. Honestly, that doesn't seem like enough time.
Perhaps my goals for the challenge were too high. Maybe I expected too much from this set of 90 days. It's hard to not feel discouraged, sometimes, when I feel myself putting in the effort, pushing myself harder and harder, feeling sore and then not seeing the results that I expect.
What could I do differently? What do I need to change to get the results that I'm looking for? What can I do? These are the questions I plan to research over the next few days and start implementing the changes I find over the remainder of this challenge.
I had hoped/planned to get into the 150s by the end of this challenge. That means approx 5 more pounds to lose over the course of the next 30 days. That doesn't sound too crazy, right? I will do the work. I will do the research. This is my goal and it will be realized, dammit!
