6.0 90 day challenge opened today. I had intended to wait and start the challenge on Sunday to give me Saturdays as my rest days, but I was just too excited and I couldn't wait! I took my measurements this morning, weighed myself and then I spent all day waiting for Connor and Kylar to get sleepy at the same time so I could jump into the fit test and ab series.
I was actually pretty impressed with my results, despite the fact that I took last week off (mostly) and I tweaked something in my left thigh about halfway through. I'm really excited to get through this challenge. Ideally, I'll lose a pound a week, but we'll see how all that pans out.
Time to get a handle on my nutrition! I've got this ;)
